Aggregate Delivery in Nanaimo

Nanaimo is the central Vancouver Island hub and one of BC's faster-growing cities. The North Nanaimo growth corridor, the downtown densification along the harbour, and steady residential development through Lantzville, Cedar, and out toward Nanoose Bay all keep aggregate demand consistent year-round. Add the commercial work tied to the two ferry terminals (Departure Bay and Duke Point), the port, and Vancouver Island University, and the central island is one of the most active construction markets outside the Lower Mainland.

North of Nanaimo, the Parksville–Qualicum Beach corridor has been one of the highest-growth areas in BC for over a decade. Much of that growth is residential — single-family, retirement community, and multi-family development — alongside the commercial and infrastructure work that supports it. South of Nanaimo, Ladysmith and Chemainus mark the transition into the Cowichan Valley.
